Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Good understanding on book keeping and accounting related activities in depot level ( min 2-3 years in the same company)
∎ Skills Required: Accounts
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared and post monthly journals using software.
∎ Preparation to trial balance stage of Statement of Income and Expenditure and Financial Position.
∎ Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required.
∎ Administer the accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records.
∎ Check to ensure online bank account numbers of supplier are set up accurately and all payments are properly authorized.
∎ process staff expense claims, Ensure the claims are property authorized.
∎ Maintain Bank Balance information.
∎ Maintain petty cash records.
∎ Maintain cash journal records.
∎ Maintain cash book data entry.
∎ Undertake other assigned tasks as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Applicant should have experience in the following area(s) : Inventory Management, Book Keeping, ERP Usage, Bank reconciliations, Stock reconciliation, FIFO,FEFO, LIFO etc.
Salary: Negotiable
