Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Accounts And Administration Executive to manage daily accounting tasks, office administration, vendor coordination, and operational documentation for Kaththokra.

The candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain financial and administrative discipline within the company.


Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Maintain daily cashbook and expense records

  • Prepare invoices, quotations, and payment vouchers

  • Track receivables and payable amounts

  • Maintain supplier and vendor payment records

  • Assist in monthly financial reporting

  • Coordinate with management regarding payments and budgets

  • Maintain bank transaction records and reconciliations

  • Ensure proper filing of bills, receipts, and accounting documents

  • Vat


Administration

  • Manage office files, documents, and records

  • Coordinate with suppliers, workshops, and logistics teams

  • Monitor office supplies and administrative purchases

  • Support HR and attendance-related tasks

  • Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communications

  • Support management in operational planning and scheduling


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and Office applications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with accounting software

  • Experience in furniture/interior/construction-related companies

  • Knowledge of inventory and purchase tracking

  • Basic report preparation skills
