∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ English proficiency is must.
∎ Experience in Quick-book is a must.
∎ Familiar with working in online live system.
∎ University of Dhaka,North South University,East West University,BRAC University students will get preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accountant, Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, Accounts and audit, chartered accounting firms, Company Accounts Finance, Construction site
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms, HVAC System, Interior Design, Overseas Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain full sets of accounts
∎ Issue invoice, process payment and prepare journal entries.
∎ Perform various aspects of Project Accounting Management and Control.
∎ Perform monthly Project Margin Gain analysis.
∎ Review and monitoring Project Performance Status which include Cost Over-run/Collections vs Revenue.
∎ Review of billings prepared by employees.
∎ Provide support to Project Managers for Project Accounting.
∎ Perform various aspect of Project Accounting Control and Management.
∎ Review Project status with Business Units.
∎ Provide timely Project and Financial analysis support.
∎ Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements.
∎ Prepare month end closing and cash flow management.
∎ Prepare accurate financial and management reports.
∎ Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
∎ (Collect data and docs from each worker everyday)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in Construction/Architecture firm will be an added advantage.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
