∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Company Secretary/ Share Division, Credit Risk Analysis, Finance, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all financial and accounting activities for business operation
∎ Manage daily, Monthly and yearly accounting function for company
∎ Affiliation with accounting software like tally or SIS Plus
∎ Regular maintenance of cash, Cash book and bank books.
∎ Maintain and update accurate financial and accounting system, Including computer data entry and paper file documentation
∎ Prepares monthly and annual statement by assembling data for the management
∎ Auditing and reconciling Cash transaction, Company accounts, Bank statement,
∎ Receivables and payable, Organizing monthly Reconciliation and other internal audit.
∎ Maintain accurate accounting records for future references
∎ Ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles
∎ Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely and accurate manner
∎ Support preparation of annual budget, forecast and projection
∎ Assist in Preparing necessary documentation for annual financial audits
∎ Relationship maintenance with all the parties involve to the business
∎ Offer high quality customer service in a professional manner
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
