- Applicant must have computer literacy with good practical knowledge in tally software
- Good knowledge in Inventory system.
Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain company accounts i.e. prepare all vouchers, process bills, record sales & purchases and prepare monthly accounts.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Assist day to day banking (Cash/ cheque deposited/ Withdraw and post update all debit and credit transaction).
Maintain General ledger and party ledger checked with cash book.
Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements.
Maintain the required database and prepare reports.
Maintaining accounts records including ledger, cashbook, and related ledgers.
Accounts & Finance internal audit.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Maintain financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.
