Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Account Management: Oversee and manage financial accounts for key clients, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation.
∎ Client Financial Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports to clients, including account statements, transaction summaries, and budget forecasts.
∎ Account Reconciliation: Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Address discrepancies promptly.
∎ Billing and Invoicing: Manage the billing process for clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing issues.
∎ Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to clients and senior management. Assist in budgeting and financial planning.
∎ Compliance and Controls: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Implement and maintain ivnternal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
∎ Client Communication: Act as the primary financial contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to their accounts. Maintain strong, professional relationships.
∎ Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, production, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and account management.
∎ Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all financial transactions, communications, and account activities.
