Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Full-time
∎ Salary: 20k-25k BDT (Depending on your skill set)
∎ Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka
∎ Expected date of joining: ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Relationship build-up by visiting the educational institutions.
∎ Manage and engage with the company's online community and social media platforms.
∎ Preparing strategy to sell the courses and to meet the individual and team target.
∎ Introducing 'Learn With bdCalling' to the students.
∎ Guiding students regarding the courses through phone calls and physically in office premises.
∎ Selling courses by communicating the offers through outbound calls.
∎ Through structured counseling sessions, advise students and parents on their learning needs.
∎ Setting appointments, holding online demo sessions on a daily basis, in addition to follow-up sessions.
∎ To generate sales revenue, Student sourcing & conversion, handle objectives, and price negotiations with respect and credibility.
∎ Continuously learning and improving product knowledge and sales skills in order to meet and exceed increasing sales targets.
∎ Frequently Hosting events on bdCalling skill development program.
∎ Maintain good relationships with other related institutions
∎ Good command and leadership capabilities.
∎ Continuous communication and answer of queries by Trainees.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data for higher management.
∎ Schedule and follow up on in-house and external events.
∎ Manage the end-to-end internship program with proper coordination and documentation.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Capabilities to Provide Great presentations based on any topic.
∎ Should have experience in Public Relationship.
∎ Should have an experience as a Host / Presenter / Good Speaker etc.
∎ Knowledge of Branding & Marketing Strategy for a Training Institute ((Highly recommended).
∎ Proper communication and Maintaining collaboration with others.
∎ Have some exceptional knowledge (like ready Presentation, Branding & Marketing Plan, etc).
∎ Student Sourcing & Conversion by dealing with the related institutions.
∎ Previously co-ordinated at any training institute (Highly recommended)
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
