∎ Must have computer literacy in MS Office, Zoom, Google Classroom, Email Writing, and Browsing.
∎ Experience at least 5 years as an academic coordinator.
∎ Experience in academic coordination at a renowned National Curriculum school (English Version)
∎ High proficiency in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Academic coordination, supervision, academic plan implementation and liaison between students, and teachers.
∎ Counselling the students for academic and behaviour-related problems.
∎ Ensure quality and time is maintained while implementing the academic plan.
∎ Assure the quality of teaching materials.
∎ Proper coordination in the assessment processes of teachers and students.
∎ Conduct teachers’ training needs assessment and ensure that it is completed.
∎ Work effectively to support the teaching and learning environment including proactive, efficient, and collaborative liaison with academic staff and students.
∎ Prepare and keep the records of lesson plans, planners, and exam questions.
∎ Track student progress, and maintain the standards of learning and teaching.
∎ Active participation in the school events and activities (Pohela Falgun, International Mother Language Day, Pohela Baishak, graduation program, parents' day etc.) along with teachers. Ensure the presence of all NC students, parents and teachers.
∎ Provide extra care to students with special needs (Autism, ADHD).
∎ Any other duties assigned by the superior.
