• Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, including lesson planning, classroom delivery, and assessment standards across core courses. 

• Collaborate with senior leadership to strengthen academic policies and curriculum planning 

• Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs for teachers

• Support internal and external assessment processes, including checkpoint preparation (if applicable) 

• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide structured feedback to teachers 

• Ensure compliance with Cambridge standards and best practices

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager or supervisor
