Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any reputed University/ Diploma in Architecture or Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The visualizer must have strong capability on product modeling and interior designing.
∎ To prepare all sorts of architectural drawing, presentation drawing, and 3D stall etc.
∎ Prepare Design, Plan, Elevation, Detail working drawing, 3D Visualization and Cost Estimation.
∎ Prepare Client meeting presentation, understanding Client needs and develop design concept.
∎ Candidate must need to visit project site and supervision of working progress.
∎ Also need to be following other Design related duties assigned by Management or Team Leader.
∎ Candidate should have good knowledge in product development, creative idea and knowledge of products.
∎ Evaluates orders and proposals to determine feasibility of producing item.
∎ Obtains approval from customer, design committee, or authorized company officials, and Prepares itemized production requirements to produce item.
∎ Prepares or directs preparation of blueprints containing manufacturing specifications, such as dimensions, kind of wood, and upholstery fabrics to be used in manufacturing article.
∎ May plan modifications to conform to changes in design trends and increase customer acceptance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Experience to handle all kind of Interior projects.
∎ Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop & Illustrator.
∎ Must be creative and sound knowledge in modern architectural design.
∎ Ability to prepare presentation of the working detail of Interior & Exterior design
∎ Candidate should be friendly as well as have good personality and interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate should be energetic, well disciplined, & able to work under pressure with positive
Salary: Negotiable
