Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Interior Design or Equivalent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare 3D design as per the instruction of the Team leader Architect.
∎ Creating Visualization, Design, working drawing by AutoCAD, creating Animation by required software, Sketch up, 3d studio Max with V-ray Render, Rhino and Photoshop, After effect etc.
∎ Sound knowledge in Graphics design using Adobe suite for brochure, banner other graphical works.
∎ The visualizer must have strong capability on modern & classical 3d modeling experience.
∎ Working in Real estate company or consultancy firm under an Architect will be added preference.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Coordinate with all team members.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Good Graphics & material sense.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
