∎ Educational Qualification will be considered for experienced 3D Visualizer.
∎ Skills Required: 3D Studio Max, Auto CAD, Photoshop, VRAY
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, 3D Artist, 3D Modeling, 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, AutoCAD, Creative Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Design/Printing/Publishing, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Interior & Exterior Design Concept / 3D Visualization.
∎ Prepare Auto Cad Plan before 3D Modeling.
∎ After Auto Cad & 3D Modeling Prepare Estimated budget.
∎ Capability of understanding of architectural plan & structural design.
∎ Monitoring and controlling of material quantities, qualities, etc.
∎ A deep understanding of design concepts to interpret design briefs given by another team.
∎ Using innovation to redefine a design brief and meet time and budget constraints via working under pressure.
∎ Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team.
∎ Drawings & Design related all Responsibility.
∎ Conduct research on current presentation and design trend, learning, new concepts and tools and keeping updated.
∎ Work in a team and in line with the Management instruction as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Auto CAD, 3D Max with V-Ray render & Adobe Photoshop, Art & Sketch.
∎ Excellent visual design skills, focusing on clean, modern design.
∎ Experiences or Hobby on Photography, Music and other social activities would be added an extra advantage.
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bangla (oral and written).
∎ Interpersonal and verbal communications skills to communicate in a professional and timely manner to clients and vendors.
∎ Excellent visual design skills, focusing on clean, modern design.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary May vary on experience.
