∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Artist, 3D Modeling, 3D Studio MAX with VRay Render, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, clipping path, Product design, Retouching, Texturing, UIUX Design
Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ --------------------3D Artist--------------------
∎ Creating visual elements, effects, and animations using 3D modeling, texturing, and other techniques
∎ Communicating with clients to understand their design requirements
∎ Conceptualizing and developing design ideas
∎ Analyzing 3D arts and graphics and suggesting improvements
∎ Developing 3D graphics inline with the industry standards
∎ Discussing project timelines and progress with clients
∎ Optimizing 3D arts and models to develop real-life objects
∎ Conducting in-depth research for upcoming projects
∎ Staying updated about the latest design trends
∎ --------------------Graphics Designer--------------------
∎ Understand the client’s requirement and convey the message through design
∎ Understand and implement focus point on visual graphics
∎ Avoid element in a design output that doesn’t convey the message or distract from the main focus
∎ Editing product images, Background removal, Background Design, etc.
∎ Design digital media creatives like social media post, banners, blog image, ads, info-graphics etc. Both in Static and 2D/3D Motion Video format
∎ Have the technical skills to review and ensure that all files are either print-ready or optimized for web
∎ Ensure that quality/resolution of photographs/images, color mode and size of the file for implementation
∎ Experience with color theory and color relationships (Pantone knowledge is a plus)
∎ Experience with combining typography and utilizing typographic terms
∎ Experienced in using perspective and space relationship in design
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ This position is not for any Freshers
∎ Must have a can-do attitude
∎ Portfolio is required
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Hard working
∎ Team player
∎ Should have experience in working with different design software
∎ Good communication in ENGLISH is a must

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 49000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be increased based on skills.
