Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.A/M A in English/ESL/ELT, IELTS / TOFEL / GRE is preferable
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Teaher
∎ Training/Trade Course: Teacher,IELTS,Tofel
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in English

Job Context:
∎ Looking for Experienced, Enthusiastic, Smart and Dedicated IELTS & YLE Instructors.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting IELTS & YLE training sessions including spoken English to the diverse range of language level participants.
∎ Preparing lesson plans for the IELTS & YLE Program.
∎ Preparing course materials, delivering lectures, assessing mock exam scripts, publishing mock exams results.
∎ Managing Basic administration, such as keeping participant registers and attendance records.
∎ Plan, prepare and teach well-developed lessons which enthuse and inspire participants and promote the enjoyment of learning.
∎ Effectively and appropriately differentiate instruction to meet all participants learning styles with an appreciation for participants learning differences.
∎ Select and sequence appropriate materials, resources, and approaches according to the course/content area and audience of learners.
∎ Assess, track, and provide relevant and timely feedback on achievement (performance and growth) and developmental needs to participants, academic, and other managers/colleagues.
∎ Write reports on participants with clear formative comments and targets as to how to improve work by defined deadlines given and provide regular estimated grades and feedback on assessments.
∎ Induct participants appropriately to provide academic advice, counseling, educational guidance, and advisory support, including individual learning plans, as directed.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should know the IELTS system well and its exams.
∎ Content writing and material development experiences will get preferences.
∎ Teaching certificate is preferable.
