Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate the boiler on a daily basis.
∎ Follow production planning and provide necessary support to production teams.
∎ Regularly check and maintain the RO (Reverse Osmosis) system.
∎ Ensure and maintain water quality standards.
∎ Conduct daily, monthly, and yearly servicing of the boiler.
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for record-keeping.
∎ Adhere to 5S and safety regulations.
∎ Collect and record data in the boiler blue book.
∎ Ensure smooth boiler operation to support uninterrupted production.
∎ Report daily activities and issues to the manager.
