∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in forecasting and scheduling based on historical data.
∎ Schedule Change management.
∎ Monitor real-time Alerts
∎ Monitor real-time Adherence Alerts
∎ Perform root cause analysis for the days the Process has missed its targets and suggest corrective action.
∎ Track employee information and changes.
∎ Provide daily, weekly, monthly and on demand reports.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Management time to time
∎ Follow Roster Duty

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ In-depth understanding of the various call center metrics and their impact on each other
∎ Knowledge of Forecasting techniques would be an added advantage
∎ High MS-Office skills (Advanced excel preferred)
∎ Should be capable of handling lots of data in an efficient and effective manner
∎ Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
∎ Customer management exposure and good presentation skills
∎ Should have good communication skills in both Bangla & English.
∎ Self-motivated and execution oriented
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Ability to handle pressure - Timelines and Customer Demands
∎ Ability to learn quickly/on the fly
∎ Team Player
