∎ Age 25 to 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Workers' orientation training.
∎ Conduct awareness programs among all employees to ensure all rules and regulations, policies and procedures, health and safety, hygiene and first aid, welfare and compliance related issues as per Buyer's Code of Conduct & law of the country
∎ Looking after occupational health and safety issues for responsible area.
∎ Floor visiting couple of times/day to check housekeeping & different compliance issues.
∎ Ensuring all over welfare activities as per labour law-2006, Labor Rules 2015 and Company's policies.
∎ Maintain up-to-date database, records, log, registers for different areas of counseling and submit reports to the management on a regular basis.
∎ Collect grievance of workers & consult with management to resolve worker's problem, complaints or grievances.
∎ Maintaining different registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmes etc.)
∎ Advise and brief workers on the proper use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc.Look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate washroom facility, drinking water, etc
∎ Encouraging and motivating employees for better performance.
