Responsibilities & Context:
4–5 years of practical experience in Denim Washing / Wet Processing.
Strong knowledge of enzyme wash, stone wash, bleach wash, tinting, resin finish, and special wash effects.
Good understanding of wash recipes, chemical usage, and process control.
Ability to develop new wash effects and handle bulk production.
Experience in quality control and troubleshooting in washing process.
Capable of coordinating with production, quality, and technical teams.
