Educational Requirements:
∎ To have at least a bachelor's degree in business, logistics or management or master degree in a related field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and supervise a large warehouse team of Telecom Network Equipment, Marketing, IT and Spare
∎ Maintains receiving of new shipments and site return materials, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
∎ Complies with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
∎ Ensure proper space utilization and optimization of warehouse maintaining proper stacking norms.
∎ Coordinate materials receiving ensuring quality, quantity, and documentation and updating ERP system accordingly.
∎ Maintain and ensure updating of Oracle inventory management system.
∎ Keep liaison with customer and coordinate with operation team to ensure necessary supports for rollout plan and ensure on time delivery and receiving.
∎ Preparing delivery planning and maintaining proper coordination with distribution/delivery agencies for ensuring timely delivery and return of network materials to and from various sites
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock, consumption, reconciliation and aging report s and share with customer within timeline.
∎ Ensure daily and monthly physical counting of materials to avoid any gap between physical and book quantity.
∎ Prepare materials aging report and ensure the list of scrap materials and initiative for disposal.
∎ Ensure all kind of safety, security and cleanliness at the warehouses.
∎ Recruit team and motivate members and organize quarterly training and workshop for them.
∎ Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing design layouts; inspecting equipment; request repair and requisitions for replacement.
∎ Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget for warehouse operation; controlling expenditures.
∎ To work closely with team members and ensure KPI for the completion of work and assignments given by management and customers.
∎ Attain KPI, Address grievance s and respond on all the quires raised at the respective customers, channels and departments.
∎ Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance
∎ Other activities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ At least 5 years of experience in the logistics, warehouse or inventory field, plus demonstrated management qualifications might suffice.
∎ Proven warehouse experience for Telecom Equipment
∎ Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
∎ Knowledge of warehouse software packages (ERP) and MS Office proficiency
∎ Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data for necessary reporting
∎ Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Warehouse safety management skill
∎ Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills.
