∎ Proficiency in warehouse management software and on in any ERP.
∎ Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
∎ Certification in logistics or warehouse management is an advantage.
∎ Knowledge on 6s is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
∎ Ensure efficient inventory control, stock management, and accurate record-keeping.
∎ Supervise the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
∎ Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Implement effective logistics processes to streamline warehouse operations.
∎ Monitor warehouse capacity and optimize space utilization.
∎ Develop and enforce SOPs for warehouse operations to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
∎ Conduct regular audits and physical stock counts to ensure accuracy in inventory.
∎ Prepare and present reports on warehouse metrics, including inventory levels, shrinkage, and stock movement.
∎ Maintain Fifo & Lifo where is applicable & ensure 6s.
