Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Respective field
∎ QMS Experience in the relevant field (optional)
∎ ISO - 9001 certification/six sigma - certificate - (Optional)
∎ Any other relevant certifications.
∎ Skills Required: Compliance, Construction engineering, Material Management, Quality, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control/ Audit, Warehouse Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Commercial Manager and coordination with respective System Project Managers, the Warehouse Executive duties and responsibilities includes but is not limited to the following:
∎
∎ Responsible for warehouse & material management for storage of materials
∎ Material inventory for incoming & outgoing materials.
∎ Issue of materials to sub-contractors, internal team.
∎ Liaising with customer warehouse manager for material management.
∎ Responsible for material inspection with the customer for signing off MRN (material receipt note).
∎ Liaising & coordination with internal Quality Assurance team for material quality inspections & records.
∎ Arrange materials documentation requirements and submits to the Client Inspection Department for acceptance.
∎ Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
∎ Implementing operational policies and procedures.
∎ Implementing and overseeing security operations.
∎ Ensuring the effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
∎ Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
∎ Additional Requirements (preferred not compulsory)
∎ Plan and conduct material inspection to check quality and analysis. Preparation of quality inspection report of materials.
∎ Doing Quality Audits with the client and prepare the audit report. Assist client & internal management for 3rd party audits.
∎ Conduct Internal Quality Audit and review/prepare an analysis of generated NCR's, complaints, and audits.
∎ Troubleshooting ability to resolve Quality issues.
∎ Review of vendor qualification based on quality/ISO standards and recommendations to management accordingly. Upward feedback on quality issues Supports in vendor selection.

∎ Age 27 to 40 years

Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival bonus will be paid after six months of continuous service.
