Responsibilities & Context:

• Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables

• Accurately recording food and beverage orders from customers.

• Promptly and professionally delivering orders to guests.

• Processing bills and collecting payments accurately. 

• Setting tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. 

• Ability to interact with customers and staff in a friendly and professional manner. 

• Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service. 

• Waitress positions often involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

• Ensuring orders are accurate and dishes are presented properly. 

• Teamwork and collaboration with kitchen and other staff.

• Maintain well behaved with the customer.

• Familiarity with the restaurant`s menu and specials. 

• Ensuring orders are accurate and dishes are presented properly.

• Any other task assigned by the Manager.
