Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest services by greeting and seating patrons, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving them promptly.

• Maintain a complete and thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu.

• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.

• Provide a standard of customer service that exceeds guest expectations.

• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

• Process payments and handle transactions professionally.

Requirements & Skills:

• Prior experience as a waiter/server is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proven background in hospitality with strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables effectively.

• A team-player attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Basic English language skills (Arabic is a plus).

• Ready to relocate to Saudi Arabia immediately.
