Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet customers warmly and present menus professionally
∎ Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
∎ Take accurate food and drink orders and recommend additional items when appropriate (up-selling)
∎ Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously
∎ Arrange table settings and keep tables clean, neat, and ready for new guests
∎ Check food and beverages for quality before serving to guests
∎ Cooperate and communicate effectively with kitchen and other serving staff
∎ Follow all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
∎ Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests
