Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
∎ Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them about daily specials
∎ Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations
∎ Record food and beverage orders accurately, considering any special requests or dietary restrictions
∎ Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner
∎ Ensure tables are set up according to the restaurant's standards
∎ Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
∎ Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth work flow
∎ Promote special menu items and beverages
∎ Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to the restaurant’s uniform standards
∎ Follow all restaurant policies, including health and safety guidelines
∎ Perform assigned additional tasks given by the Restaurant Manager
