We are looking for smart, polite, and service-oriented waiter/Waitress. The ideal candidates must have a strong understanding of hospitality service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience in an elegant dining environment.
Responsibilities
Role: Smart, polite, service-oriented individual with a strong understanding of hospitality and a passion for exceptional customer experience.
Duties: Greet/welcome guests positively. Present menus, answer questions, make suggestions. Take accurate orders. Serve food/drinks promptly and correctly. Check on guests for satisfaction. Handle complaints professionally and escalate. Maintain cleanliness of dining/service areas. Set up/clear tables. Follow all safety/hygiene regulations.
