Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain, repair, servicing and installation of VRF AC.
∎ Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates,
∎ Maintain records and files and prepare reports.
∎ Plan and supervise the work of electricians.
∎ Plan and estimate electrical jobs.
∎ Maintain records on electrical jobs and assign to appropriate personnel.
∎ Assist in coordinating job assignments with the other trades, e.g., plumbers, carpenters,
∎ Maintain knowledge of electrical materials in warehouse.
∎ Advice coordinator and assistant director of technical problems concerned with installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
∎ Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
∎ Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments.
∎ Examine electrical services for proper working procedures. Perform related work as required.
∎ Supervise the Electrical Team.
∎ Communicate with clients and project manager.
∎ Control the preventive maintenance schedule.
∎ Executing the projects and attending the site meetings.
∎ Hardware components installation integration and testing.
∎ Maintenance of fire alarm systems.
∎ Monitoring the functionality of the mechanical and electrical equipment s installed through Building Management systems.
∎ Carry out all works as per the Hotel technical regulations and Safety Standard.
∎ Perform any other jobs given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
