∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in visa processing.
∎ Proficient in English writing and speaking.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of tasks efficiently.
∎ Familiarity with visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Process visa applications for various countries according to the respective embassies' guidelines.
∎ 2. Communicate effectively with clients, embassies, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth visa processing.
∎ 3. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with visa requirements.
∎ 4. Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information regarding visa procedures.
∎ 5. Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and keep colleagues informed.
∎ 6. Hotel booking, ticketing & and customer support.
