∎ We are looking for some motivated & dynamic professional for the position of Visa Counseling(Tele Executive Officer).
∎ Responsibilities
∎ Maintain client database & communications through phone calls & emails.
∎ Tracking, recording and reporting results on a daily basis to the team leader.
∎ Must be able to convince clients with the smartest ways.
∎ Maintaining relationship with all potential & existing guests.
∎ You must have a good voice & convincing power over phone.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Focus on how to promote more sales.
∎ Others duty will assign by Management.
∎ Excellent communication skills both English and Bengali.
∎ High level of interpersonal skills and integrity, Creative, forward thinker.
