Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Visa Consultants to join our team. Your role will be to assist individuals in obtaining visit visas for Canada & USA. You will provide expert guidance and support to our clients.
∎
∎ We provide visa services only to these selected countries, so country-specific experience is required.
∎
∎ As a Visa Consultant, You will do the following:
∎ Provide Expert Advice: You need to be able to offer comprehensive guidance to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and relevant documentation for Canada & US visas.
∎
∎ Assess Client Eligibility: You should have the capability to evaluate client profiles to determine their eligibility for specific visas based on their purpose of travel, nationality, and other relevant factors.
∎
∎ Complete Application Forms: Assist clients in filling out visa application forms accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the respective embassies or consulates.
∎
∎ Collect and Review Documents: Thoroughly review and verify client-provided documents to ensure they meet the necessary criteria and comply with visa regulations.

∎ Requirements:
∎
∎ Experience: Previous experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or related roles is mandatory. Sepcifically, to the countries, like USA & Canada.
∎ Knowledge of Visa Regulations: In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, application procedures, and documentation requirements for various countries is essential.
∎ Strong Attention To Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of application forms, verification of documents, and adherence to visa requirements.
∎ Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to explain complex visa processes and requirements to clients in a clear and concise manner. We are looking for candidates who have excellent writing skills.
∎ Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
