∎ Fluent in English and Bangla (verbal)
∎ Excellent communication and project management abilities
∎ Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Call and follow up with leads to convert them into clients
∎ Convince leads by clearly communicating the value of our services
∎ Manage and monitor all activities on freelance marketplaces (Fiverr, Upwork, etc.)
∎ Maintain accurate records of client communications and lead status
∎ Respond to inquiries via email, chat, and calls in a timely and professional manner
∎ Work closely with the sales and project team to align communication
∎ Call cold and warm leads to explain services and close deals
∎ Track, manage, and report lead conversion data and feedback
∎ Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and friendly communication
∎ Stay updated with Genesys services to confidently present them to potential clients
