Education:

• Must have Master Degree in any discipline.

• Must have excellent academic records. (Not less than 2nd Division/Class in any public Examination.)

• Candidates of B Sc ( Hons) M Sc in Physics will get preference.

• Candidates who have B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree and sound in teaching profession will get preference

• Age At least 35 years

• Experience: 3 (Three) years of experience as Assistant Professor/Vice-Principal in any recognised College. Total service length needs 08 years.

Other Conditions:

• Willingness to work at and to stay in within the college premises at the Vice-principal’s cottage.

• Must have thorough knowledge of recent curriculum.

• Familiar with school software management.

• Able to work in a team environment.

Area of Responsibility:

1. Uphold educational policies and integrate the Government guidelines into each class curriculum.
2. To make proper work plan for bright result in all public exam.
3. Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals.
4. Develop programs that improve teacher’s performance and assist students in understanding class materials/activities.
5. Maintain regular communication with Education Board, teachers and guardians.
6. Coordinate with Principal and monitor overall discipline of the entire college.
7. Upholds Mission, Values and Principles of SOS Children’s Village International in Bangladesh.

• Salary: Consolidated BDT 40,000.00 along with family accommodation. (Flexible for highly competent candidate)

• After probation period of 06 (Six) months, upon confirmation, incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children`s Education Allowance, Group Insurance (Death & Accidental) as per existing policy of the organization.
