Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters' in any discipline from any reputed Public/Private University with B.Ed or M.Ed or both.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Supervise Regular Operational activities (Class ,Co-Curricular activities etc).
∎ Monitor the performance & contribution of each Teacher and other Staffs.
∎ Initiate and monitor different Annual Program (Book Fair, Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debate Competitions and Art Competitions etc.).
∎ Take initiative over Teacher & Staff development.
∎ Any other duty assigned time to time by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 50 years
∎ Minimum 12 years teaching experiences including 2/3 years experience as Vice Principal or Principal or equivalent post in any reputed National Curriculum ENGLISH VERSION School & College.
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge in School Management & Improvement.
∎ Must have strong Leadership ability.
∎ Should be capable of Short term & Long term planning of overall Academic activities.
∎ Strong command over Computer skills including, MS office (Word, PP, Excel).
