∎ Master of Science (MSc) /Master of Arts (MA) in English
∎ Masters, preferably in Science, English or any other subject from any recognized university.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Vice Principal Academics to join our excellent school. The Vice Principal Academics will be tasked with school academic policies, organizing school events and community initiatives, ensure smooth academics and handling disciplinary issues. You should make valid contributions to the improvement of the school and be a stellar example for both staff and students.
∎ To be a successful Vice Principal, you should be a great public speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding candidates are detail- oriented, able to follow instructions and also take initiative.
∎ Job Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaising with various departments and forwarding any academic / disciplinary issues to the Principal.
∎ Helping with the development, re-enforce and review of school academic policies & planning.
∎ Attending and participating in meetings with staff, parents and other officials.
∎ Assisting with training and onboarding of all new teachers and section In-charges.
∎ Planning and organizing school events and field trips as well as assisting with various committees.
∎ Establishing rapport and maintaining relationship with parents, staff and students.
∎ Remaining active and visible on field trips and during school functions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Education Research, Teaching/ Training.
∎ A master's degree in English, Science, Education or equivalent.
∎ Extensive teaching and administration experience.
∎ Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent research and report writing abilities.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills.
∎ The ability to follow instructions but also come up with original ideas.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems.
∎ A high degree of professionalism.
