Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Electronic Engineering will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inverter, Motor Controller, PLC, VFD
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the total troubleshooting/maintenance of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD)
∎ Responsible for configuration between Allenbradley plc and SEW vfd (variable frequency drive).
∎ Diagnosing technical problems and determine proper solutions.
∎ Draw scheduled & preventive maintenance plan. Support the Production head in balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Visual inspection of the drive and its surrounding area.
∎ Thermo graphic inspection of connections and terminals on a regular basis.
∎ Functional inspection of the fan and cooling system.
∎ Enable a continuous improvement approach to the inverter maintenance.
∎ Ensure Service related issues like spare parts, Preventive Maintenance Kits, spare inventory etc.
∎ Work in group to resolve practical issues and common problems.
∎ Accountable for improving the inverter performance and efficiency.
∎ Ensure Zero down time.
∎ Coordinate with the Plant head towards achieving the plant efficiency, productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 years of industrial experience in power electronics, VFD's (AC/DC), and electrical machinery.
∎ At least 2/3 Years of experience on configuration between Allenbradley PLC and SEW VFD.
∎ Good knowledge in VFD Components & their function.
∎ Should be familiar with Motor operation & its characteristic.
∎ Familiar with different types of Load used in VFD with their load characteristic.
∎ Experience and hands-on knowledge on SEW Frequency Inverter.
