∎ Work Shift:Day Shift 08:30:00 AM to 05:30:00 PM (including one hour break); Night Shift 09:00:00 PM to 06:00:00 AM (including one hour break);
∎ Six days working (week off Friday)
∎ Overtime: Overtime will be paid as per Govt. rules (if a person is required to do overtime as per work requirement).
∎ OT Facilities: Free Snacks during Overtime.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the operation and maintenance of utility equipment's.
∎ Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
∎ Responding to breakdowns
∎ Diagnosing faults
∎ Repairing equipment
∎ Supervising engineering and technical staff
∎ Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
∎ Managing budgets
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records
∎ Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
∎ Creating maintenance procedures
∎ Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technically should be good In HVAC, DG, Transformer, Compressor, Lift and plumbing equipment operation & maintenance.
∎ MS OFFICE
Salary: Negotiable
