Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and maintain ultrasound (USG) equipment for diagnostic imaging procedures.
Capture clear, accurate, and complete ultrasound images as per physician’s requirements.
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality during procedures.
Accurately transcribe physicians’ medical dictations into formal medical reports.
Review and proofread transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and medical terminology compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and assist in record management.
Coordinate with doctors, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow.
