পিএইচডি/সমমান ডিগ্রিসহ শিক্ষাজীবনে কমপক্ষে দুটি ১ম শ্রেণী/বিভাগ/এ গ্রেড থাকতে হবে। তন্মধ্যে স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রির যে কোন একটিতে ১ম বিভাগ/ শ্রেণী/এ গ্রেড থাকতে হবে।
বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পর্যায়ে ১২ বছরের শিক্ষকতার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে; তন্মধ্যে ৫ বছর সহযোগী অধ্যাপক হিসাবে।
