পিএইচডি ডিগ্রিসহ শিক্ষাজীবনে কমপক্ষে দুটি ১৯ শ্রেণী/বিভাগ/এ গ্রেড থাকতে হবে। তন্মধ্যে স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রির যে কোন একটিতে ১ম বিভাগ/ শ্রেণী/এ গ্রেড থাকতে হবে।
