∎ Developing plans aligned with the unit’s goals and ensuring their execution.
∎ Maintaining high standards of quality in all operations and services.
∎ Create regular progress reports.
∎ Analyze performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Address challenges quickly and effectively.
∎ Make decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
∎ Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
∎ Help solve customer problems or complaints effectively.
