Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, schedule, and monitor hospital vehicles (ambulances, patient transfers, staff vehicles).
∎ Ensure timely and safe transportation of patients, staff, and medical equipment.
∎ Maintain and update vehicle logs, fuel records, and maintenance schedules.
∎ Must have proficiency in Transport management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
∎ Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and emergency teams for urgent patient transfers.
∎ Ensure compliance with hospital policies and government transport regulations.
∎ Supervise drivers and transport staff, ensuring discipline and efficiency.
∎ Handle transport-related emergencies and troubleshoot issues.
∎ Prepare reports on transport operations, costs, and incidents.
∎ Perform any other duty assigned by the superior from time to time.
