∎ Diploma In Automobile Engineering/ Diploma In Mechanical Engineering from any reputed polytechnic institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Transport Documentation, Transport Management, Transport Operation, Vehicle Management, Vehicle Movement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shifting duty support of company vehicles operation.
∎ Always being active on mobile phone and Viber/WhatsApp to solve any transportation related issue.
∎ To verify vehicle maintenance requirement, work order issue & follow-up vehicle during under maintenance, to coordinate with automobile maintenance section.
∎ Schedule distribution, create diesel & general item move order.
∎ Suitable road planning for company own vehicle trip & cost saving.
∎ Ensure attendance of driver, helper checking attendance punch & tour.
∎ Load/unload related problem solving.
∎ Justify & prepare company own vehicle's monthly bill.
∎ Maintain & monitoring:
∎ a. Monitoring all driver, helper with vehicle's movement by checking VTS device.
∎ b. Maintain delivery vehicle operation according to HRM, Administration, EHS policies and department internal rules.
∎ Communication: To communicate with police, administrative concern, customs, Ferry ghat concern, bridge toll plaza concern, local dealer, distribution team, plaza manager & others concern persons to solve company own vehicle related issue.
∎ Company delivery vehicle accidental issue facing & necessary steps taking to solve.
∎ Visit parking at several time.
∎ Any other task assigned by In-charge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Eager for night shift duty.
∎ Shifting duty support of company vehicles operation.
∎ Must be expert in operating Microsoft office (Word/Excel).
∎ Problem solving capability.
∎ Familiar with police, administrative concern, customs, ferry ghat concern, bridge toll plaza concern, local dealer, distribution team, sales manager.
∎ Expert in over phone communication.
∎ Hard working and extrovert.
