∎ Review present RSTP Transport Model and ascertain new data needs and options for its use in the Outer Ring Road: Northern Part project
∎ Outline detailed requirements for utilisation of the Transport Model
∎ Advise the National Transport modeller on the program for using the Transport Model
∎ Prepare program and implement on the job training

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
