∎ Run Bangladesh, an enterprise of U-Turn Technologies Limited is looking for Smart, brave, energetic individuals to maintain its fleet of motorcycles along with their drivers.
∎ This job required individual with good voice, commanding personality and positive attitude to deal with various matters. Must be confident enough to deal with any unwanted situations.
∎ Need to work for at least one year is mandatory.Have to provide notice of two months before leaving the job.
∎ Solves problem by his own according to company guideline. No problem with long office time if required.
∎ Ready to do days task in the same day.
∎ Can exert pressure from higher authority. Ready to provide top most performance to achieve targeted goals.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to maintain at least 70 motorcycle with drivers under his supervision.
∎ Have to ensure that all motorcycle of his fleet is online in the road and application within 8 AM.Need to call them to make them online and maintain note of this day to day follow up activity.
∎ Has to ensure they are active on the app and accepting all trip requests and fulfilling the given target of the company.
∎ Collection of money each day from the drivers at the end of the day and submit it to the senior officer.Complete the report of the day file at the end of the day and submit it to the senior officer in the same day.
∎ Physical visit of motorcycle, check fitness of the motorbike as per company guideline, verify all traffic papers, ensure papers are up to date and traffic cases are paid. Also ensure no rough use of the motorbike by the bikers.
∎ Make sure that drivers are active in each working days. Must take actions against illogical absentees.
∎ Need to verify drivers place as part of driver recruitment. Need to go physically to their place if any of them is not picking up phone/no communication /suspicious activity. Need to seize motorcycle and papers from the accused in this cases.
∎ Must do gross physical check up of vehicles once in a week and ensure servicing of motorbikes by the drivers at exact time. Maintenance of service book for all the vehicles of the fleet and submit report to proper authority time to time.
∎ Must take actions that may include legal actions if any mishap happens.Need to correlate with law enforcing peoples to execute the legal actions in case of mishaps.
∎ Ability to fulfill days activity in the same day.
∎ Must do any other tasks assigned by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to ride motorcycle.
∎ Must be dynamic, smart and hard working with fearless attitude.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Problem solver with hard working attitude.
∎ Must have proper computer skills specially Microsoft packages.
∎ Need to have passion for the job.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is fixed for first 12 months. Better performance may increase your salary after 6 months.Salary is deductible upon not performing well or not bringing targeted revenue.Salary is payable in only in salary account.
