Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Auto-mobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Power Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and manage the maintenance and servicing of fleet vehicles.
∎ Provide technical trouble shooting and diagnosis of vehicles in the workshop.
∎ Ensure inventory management of spares, ordering as per plan and any forecasting of required materials.
∎ Monitor vehicles trips and follow up by using smart GPS panel and Dash-cam.
∎ Assist drivers during trips on route selection during traffic, guide on technical trouble shooting issues and communicate for any product safety matters.
∎ Ensure steady communications, both verbal and email with respective officials and stakeholders for smooth operations and any escalations as required.
∎ Establish and maintain transport standard operating process, measure the process performances
∎ Participate on the training program for Drivers and Mechanics
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-5 years in Automotive workshop/ Fleet Operation/ Vehicle Management/ Transport operation
∎ Practical knowledge in transport management and maintenance.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Willingness to travel frequently throughout the country
∎ Hard working and pro-active
∎ Proficient in computer applications
