Education:
∎ Minimum Diploma in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Power Engineering.
∎ Minimum Diploma in Automobile Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Power Engineering.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and manage the maintenance and servicing of fleet vehicles.
∎ Provide technical trouble shooting and diagnosis of vehicles in the workshop.
∎ Ensure inventory management of spares, ordering as per plan and any forecasting of required materials.
∎ Monitor vehicles trips and follow up by using smart GPS panel and Dash-cam.
∎ Assist drivers during trips on route selection during traffic, guide on technical trouble shooting issues and communicate for any product safety matters.
∎ Ensure steady communications, both verbal and email with respective officials and stakeholders for smooth operations and any escalations as required.
∎ Establish and maintain transport standard operating process, measure the process performances.
∎ Participate on the training program for Drivers and Mechanics.

The transport division has ERP based fleet management system, an intelligent platform to make logical interaction between the vehicles, delivery network of supply chain and human resources, i.e., technicians, drivers, engineers. Our vehicles are also controlled by smart monitoring systems such as GPS and Dash Cam and the most recent safety features are used to prevent road mishaps.
