Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Trainer
Job Context:
∎ The candidate needs to have very good presentation skills (i.e. at ease to conduct training with coaching experience towards salespeople)
∎ The candidate must have good capacity for synthesis to develop the training presentations (will have to summarize and fine tune all the training presentations from the brands and create some new training and sales techniques tools from scratch)
∎ The ideal candidate should have an affinity with the beauty and fragrance environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ The applicant must be smart, energetic and proactive.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regularly arrange training programs for the sales force on product, sales techniques and grooming.
∎ Develop and improvise training modules for the specific training.
∎ Fine tune the training presentations collected from the brands and develop training presentations when necessary.
∎ Strictly follow the training guidelines provided by the brands.
∎ To make trainings more interactive, practical and closer to the business needs, introduce creative training tools & techniques.
∎ Develop effective training communications to make employees informed & updated.
∎ Develop, maintain and roll out complete annual training calendar.
∎ Maintain all training records related to training hours, training attendance, training evaluations, etc.
∎ Any other task assigned by management and when required
