Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to make all training content and trainer selection.
∎ Identify different training processes and ensure compliance
∎ Coordinate the training process
∎ Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services;
∎ Recommends new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions, identifying needs to be filled.
∎ Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
∎ Recommends new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions, identifying needs to be filled.
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
∎ Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
∎ Arrange seminar/workshop @ University Campus
∎ Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
∎ Maintain alignment with cross-function to ensure 100% training pre/ post on boarding

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
