Job Responsibilities:
∎ Map out annual training plans
∎ Design and develop training programs
∎ Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
∎ Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
∎ Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session
∎ Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
∎ Liaise with subject matter experts/ trainers and recruit trainers
∎ Lead, onboard and evaluate new trainers
∎ Keep liaison with the authorities of different educational institutes and let them know the benefit of training
∎ Prepare and deliver training courses
∎ Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
∎ Manage training budget
∎ Prepare management reports
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of learning theory and principles
∎ Knowledge of instructional design
∎ Knowledge of training methodologies
∎ Knowledge of learning management systems
∎ Positive attitude in implementing initiatives taken by higher authorities
∎ Excellent command in English writing and speaking
∎ Excellent time management skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must have the skill of multitasking
