Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 05-10 years experience in relevant field.
∎ Advance knowledge in Marketing concept, Selling Skill, Leadership, Management skill etc.
∎ Able to quickly understand both the learner's and company's needs and able to adjust priorities in accordance with the learner and team needs.
∎ Mature: Professional, and yet approachable. Must be willing to share his knowledge and should have a wide range of experience in Management and Leadership, Training and Skill Development.
∎ Willing to take challenge to develop One-to-One Sales & Marketing personnel.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good presentation skills.
∎ Should be motivating, encouraging, positive, patient and empowering.
∎ Accurate, fast keying skills and sound knowledge of computer applications. Proven ability to collect and manage information efficiently and accurately.
∎ Be able to provide honest, accurate, appropriate feedback, good ethical judgment, and work under pressure.
